Thanksgiving and

wine aficionados, and

events.

The first ever Festival of
Flavours, a consumer trade
show will be enticing us into
the Vancouver Trade and
Convention Centre on Oct.
18, 19, and 20.

“We have something for
everyone” said Jeannette
Savard, manager for the festi-
val.

The event will feature
exhibits from food producers
and growers, cooking
demonstrations with cook-
book authors and local chefs,
and a Chocolate Truffle
