lot, these Bay folk.

The Boathouse has, of course,
always had the hypnotic harbor
outlook, but its kitchen has not
always delivered the meals to do it
justice.

It was originally built back in

1979 by the Sewell family, a name"

synonymous with Horseshoe Bay.
But the Sewells are seafaring folk.
Success in the restaurant trade
eluded them.

The Boathouse later became a_

link in the Keg and Cleaver chain,
and later still an independent iran- ..
chise within the Keg operation.
The various Bouthouse regimes
