NRS unites with Quebec realty firm

based NRS National Real
Estate Service has announc-
ed that it has signed an ex-
clusive referral agreement
for Canada and the U.S.
with La Capitale Maitre
Courtier Inc. of Montreal,
Quebec.

The announcement comes
just one week following
NRS’ announcement of its
acquisition of three real

“estate services in the U.S.

Effective immediately, La
Capitale will refer exclusive-
ly to NRS, anyone wishing
to buy or sell real estate in
any of the eight provinces
and territories or the 42
U.S. states where NRS has
an office. Similarly, NRS
will refer its clients with
property interests in Quebec
to La Capitale.
