Shaw in North Vancouves provincial court on Sept. 20: Calvin Vincent Bruno was fined $100 after the 23-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to committing mischief under $1,000 in connection with a Juiy 2 inci- dent at Lonsdale Hotels Inc. set Alexander Hugh Norman received a conditional discharge and one year probation after the 26-year-old North Vanceuver man pleaded guilty to committing mischief under 31,000 in connec- tion with a May 12 incident where a glass door was broken at the Avalon Motor Hotel. As a condition of probation, Wiggins was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. Before Judge W.J. Diebolt in North Vancouver provincial court on Sept. 20: Daryl Everett was fined $150 and put on probation for one year after the 21-year-old North Van- couver man was found guilty of possession of cannabis in connec- tion with an April 9 drug seizure. Everett was also ordered to not be found in a one mile radius of Beaux and Belles for the duration of his probation. weet Terry Roy Grimwood was given a conditional discharge and three months probation after the 37- year-old North Vancouver man was found guilty of committing assault in connection with a Fed. 6 incident. Before Jadge J.D. Layton in North Vancouver provincial court on Sept. 15: Marvin Thomas Baker received a conditional discharge and six months probation after the 18- year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to possession of stolen property under $1,000 in connection with an April 11 inci- dent where Baker had a stolen jacket in his possession. As a condition of probation, Baker must complete 25 hours of community work within two months and send a letter of apolo- gy to the victim. eee Philip Jacob Kopp received a suspended sentence and six months probation after the Delta man pleaded guilty to breaching his probation in a July 1 incident.
