Dr. John Gray. director of the ministry’s Mental Health Services, said there are indications that more and more children are being referred for psychiatric treatment by thei doctors. “We don't know exactly how many adolescents in the province are in need of psychiatric help for varying degrees of emotional disturbance.” he said in an Energy self-sufficiency by end PARIS (UPC) - Energy Minister Marc Lalonde says Canada expects to be self- sufficient in oi] by the end of this decade by virtue of reserves off the coast of Newfoundland and_ the Beaufort Sea.
