Trebacz, 26, of West Vancouver, was jailed seven days and fined $300 after he pleaded guilty to dri- ving while prohibited near Crosscreek and 15th Street on Sept. 14, 1998, near the Trans-Canada Highway in ‘West Vancouver. The jail sentence was rec- ommended served by elec- tronic monitoring. eee Eric Sorenson, 64, of North Vancouver, was fined $400 and had his ériver’s licence suspended one month after he pleaded guilty to two charges of hit and run on Sept. 23, 1997, in North Vancouver City. eee Robert Joseph LeBlanc, 26, of North Vancouver, was jailed three months and received 12 months’ proba- tion after he pleaded guilty to the break and enter of the Subway restaurant on June 18, 1998, in the 100-block of Chadwick Court in North Vancouver City. LeBlanc was required to pav $1,025.75 restitution. - Before Judge Doug Moss on Nov. 24, 1998: Claire Anne Buker, 42, of Richmond, received nine months’ probation after she pleaded guiity to assaulting a North Vancouver RCMP female constable on Oct. 9, 1995 in North Vancouver Ciry. Buker was required to write a letter of apology to the polic: officer.
