Man jailed
3 months for
assault and
theft charges

A 19-YEAR-OLD Vancouver
man was recently jailed three
months in connection with
charges of assaulting a male
and possessing stolen proper-
ty including a Datsun 200SX
and a pocket organizer,

Darcey Bruce Schindel pleaded
guilty to the charges stemming
frain Sept. 10, 1993, incidents in

North Vancouver District.

The pocket organizer and the
cur belonged to the same man.

The jail sentence was to run
concurrently to oa sentence
