$q.metres (8,525 sq.ft.) of rentable office space in North
Vancouver, within the area bounded by Capilano Rd. and
the Second Narrows Bridge, South of the Upper Levels Hwy.
The area between the Upper Levels Hwy. on the North, Keith
Road on the South, Grand Bivd. on the East and Westview
on the West is preferred. Occupancy is desired for Sum-

mer 1992.

The location needs io be very easy to find and easily ac-
cessible The space is required to be in one part, with direct
public access at grade. Staff parking is required for 27
vehicles plus a handicapped siali. !t is preferred that the
parking lot be secured by fencing or by being part of a
building with secure controlled entance and egress, and
to be available on a 24-hour basis.

A TAKE NOTICE THAT

4. The Council of The Corporation of the City of North
Vancouver intends to construct a Jane North of West &
Keith Road oetween Jones Avenue and Mahon @
Avenue. At the time of lane paving, existing driveways |
only will be paved to a maximum of 1.20 metres in-
side the property line, provided that the driveway is &
currently being utilized, and that a paved or concrete
surface exists 1.20 metres or less from the property @
line. This work will be at the expense of ihe entire §

. The estimated cost of the work is $35,000.

. The owners’ portion of the cost of this project shail
be an annual charge of $8.24 for each metre of tax-
able frontage to be specially charged against the
parcels benefiting from or abutting the work.
