Continuing education meets seniors’ needs FRANCES, 63, starting taking piano lessons last year. David, 70, learned to navigate by the stars. Agnes met Ken at a computer course and married him six months later; they are both 67. Seniors play an increasingly im- portant role in continuing educa- tion, and adult learners over the age of 55 now account for about 20 per cent of enrolment. Eager to accommodate those who prefer to stay home in the evenings, Lucas Centre — once Hamilton School ~- has developed many courses that run during ANNUITY AND R.R.LB.
