Sciences & Technology Centre,
children in grades 4 through 7 can
gain hands-on experience in basic
robotics technology. ,

In a newly developed series of
workshops beginning July 13, par-
ticipants can learn some important
fundamentals of robotics, such as
the operation of electronics, how

sensors supply the robot with in-
formation about the environment,
mechanical gears and _ linkages.

Enrolment is limited to eight
students per workshop, with a fee
of $55 for Arts, Sciences & Tech-
nology Centre members and $60
for non-members.
