IT’S: MY daughter’s birth-
day today: and she’s re-
quested her favorite dinner
menu.

Gone are. the days when all the
kids wanted was hot dogs, Kool
Aide, cake and ice cream for 16 of
their closest friends.

breast halves (You'll be better
off buying these fresh, as frozen,
bagged ones can be any size)

6 slices cooked ham (Black Forest
is nice)

6 pieces Kdaaz cheese 2’'x2""'x 2"

very fine dry breadcrumbs
oil for frying

Flatten each breast with the
smooth side of a meat mallet.

‘Wrap the cheese in the ham and

place one bundle on the centre of
each breast. .

Fold the long sides over the
ham, overlapping a bit and then
fold the ends over to make a‘ neat
package. You may secure with a

toothpick but I don’t bother.
