The new 391-room luxury property is nearing completion and is part of the $250-million Wail Centre. Michael fired three shells at five-minute intervals as the sus- penseful count-down to the pyrotechnical extravaganza. Belly Splash °94 will be held at the North Shore Winter Club and it will take place at noon on Sunday, Aug. 14.
