3 large ripe Avocados, mashed 2 ozs. green chilies, chopped

3 ozs. cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. olive oil

1 medium enion, chopped 1 tsp. red w" 1e vinegar

1 medium tomato, peeted and = tsp. salt

chopred Freshly ground pepper to
taste

Makes approximately 2 cups

Mix all ingredients until creamy. If you are making this in
advance, place it in a bowl with an avocado pit to prevent
discolouring. Serve with coni chips or tortilla chips.
