challenging the use of school
tax monies for hiring

The Board directed
Wickstrom to select: an.
evaluator so the community
school review can start early
in the fall and be finished by
the end of January 1980.

The terms of reference of
the evaluation are to see if
the community schools as a
group are meeting the five
basic objectives set out by
the district in 1974, effective
