WV resident won’t get full refund on overpayment

A WEST Vancouver man recently

discovered that he

overpaid his municipality for water utilities by $246 over a
period of more than 20 years, but he won’t be getting that

amount back.

In attempting to establish a pol-
icy for this situation, West Van-
couver District Council decided,
June 29, to make adjustments for
overpayments for the previous and
the current year only.

Ald. Ron Wood, in making the
motion, argued that this would
