It’s not easy to get bored in San Diego and, if all else fails, it’s just a quick hop over the border to Mexico on public transportation, One of the things that amazed me the most about San Diego is the airport! It’s right in the centre of town, and I'll swear that the glide-path for landing is right down the main street. A word of advice for choosing a flight time for arriving or leaving San Diego in the winter months — the airport often gets fogged-in in the mid-to-late afternoon. How do I know?
