ON the day the police came
to his West Vancouver
house armed with a search
warrant, Brian Cody and
the two lawyers represent-
ing him mingled with offi-
cefs awaiting the arrival of
the dog squad.

The group was gathered in
front. of his driveway. When
approached, Cody initially refused
comment, but Ler changed his
