As residents and homeowners on
Glenmore Drive for the past 10
‘years we feel compelled to respond
to the objections raised by some of

our’ neighbors over the proposed .

Collingwood School expansion. _
‘Glenmore School was once filled
"with students. Several years later,
due to the decline in enrolment in
West Vancouver’ schools, the
school board found it necessary to

- send: Glenmore students to sur- -

\ rounding schools. As Glenmore
‘parents we were disturbed by this
‘closure and were involved in the
‘ struggle to charge (he, board's
proposal. One of our major con-
cerns, was whut would become of
‘the arta aif a vacant site was left.
