times are at 6 p.m., at the
North field, Hamilton
Secondary school while
Monday, May 21 tryouts are

from 1-3 p.m. at Grand
Boulevard Park.

MacSween have each entered
teams which will be playing

in a Metro league next
season.

takes place at the Mickey
McDougall Gym 2 blocks
east of Lonsdale on 23rd
Street. Come anytime bet-
ween 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. and
choose how long you wish to
stay in each of four fitness to
music areas.

Fitness areas are Mild Car-
dio, Moderate Cardio,
Strength and = Stretching.
Everyone who exercises for a

mimimum of 15 minutes will
be tallied in North Van-
couver’s attempt to beat out
Ottawa for this year’s
greatest participation award.

A whole host of other
things will also be available.
Fitness Testing will tell you
where you are now and what
you should be aiming for. a
multitude of fitness instruc-
lors can answer any questions
you may have about fitness.
