For a couple of years it has been impossible, for first time buyers, to buy any kind of house. Right now the big question is how low will house prices go and what will happen to interest rates? The really good buys are being snapped up. I think the prices at the lower end of the scale appear to have bottomed out. I'm just guessing, but I think interest rates may go a little lower.
