Rich Little, of Vancouver, was charged in connection with incidents on September 21 and appeared in North Vancouver Provincial Court. Crown counsel Dave DeWitt told the court that the complainant in the case North Vancouver District mayor Don Bell said Monday he will report in the new year on amalgamation talks between the District and North Van City.. DeWitt said Little tried to force the woman to give him a ride home, pulled her hair, ripped her blouse, and then began trying to kiss and hug her. Later, DeWitt said, Little knocked her down on the road and kept hitting ber on the back and shoulders.
