Some of Zorba’s faithtul were in attendance ai Ariston on the recent Thursday night Table Hopping visited. Its tables were full; bur an undercurrent of chaos spoiled any Aristonian aspi- rations. Meals were slow in arriving; complaints about wrong orders being deliv- ered and other service hic- cups occasionally surfaced above the hum of dining activity and standard Greck bazouki musical back- ground. It includes ail the usual Greek entree suspects — calamari (broiled and pan- fried); souvlaki, lamb, chick- en, moussaka, dolmathes, prawns, chicken livers — served in hefty Greek por- tions with roasted potatoes, rice, Greek salad and pita bread.
