The Insurance Corpor-
ation of B.C. (ICBC) is also

parents to comply with the
new faw. Until Sept. 30 the
corporation is offering a $10
rebate for every helmet pur-
chased for kids enrolle
kindergarten to Grade 7.
More than 16,000 rebates
have been sent out to date.
