fold meringue mixture gently but

Bake in sprayed tin, 350°F, 25
minutes for loaf, about 17-20 for a
layer. Makes enough for six or
eight as a base for toppings.

Y% cup cocoa (not hot chocolate

til thick and glossy. If it gets too
thick, thin it with a few drops boil-
