Central Credit Union's Regional Executive Cornmittee. : Born In Berwick, Sussex, England, in 1918, Dick was only six months old when ‘his father returned home to British Columbia with war-time bride and newborn, The Slaters braved the harsh climate of the Cariboo until father’ managed a public service - transfer toNorth Vancouver. The Slaters moved back to England in f . 1928 and finally tetumed to the North * Shore of B.C.
