ested me for some time, but on

I do not deny his legal — not
moral — right to smoke, but J do
deny his right to contaminate the
air that 1 breathe, just as I deny
the right of pet owners to allow
their pets to ‘*go to the bathroom”’
on my property or public property.

billion in pensions’ seems to me a
little insane. Carry that (o its logi-
cal conclusion and it would seem
that all we have to do is keep
shooting off the oldest inhabitants
until the economy is in balance.
Tut! Tut! judge!

Whilst on the subject 1 would
like 1o suggest that non-smokers
never accept a table in the smoking
section even if you have to wait a
half hour for your meal or leave
for another restaurant. Hopefully
this problem will soon be resolved
