His company has designed the loge mark for the Canadian Dragon Boat Festival and the opening graph- ics for VTV's Double Exposure. His design team’s graphic imagery for Coss. Highway has helped land the focally produced TV show a recent Gemini nomination for Best Documentary Series. But it is his design for a stamp commissioned ':v Canada Post to commemorate the Year of the Tiger that has Mah riding a wave of publicity right now. Personable and encryctic, he’s been in’ constant demand with Chinese- and English language media since the stamp was presented Jan. 8 at ihe Chinese Caltural Centre in Chinatown. The limited-edition stamp is the second of a planned i2-vear series depicting animals of the Chinese codiac to correspond with the Chinese New Year. According to legend, it was the Heavenly Emperor fade who established the Chinese zodiac. One Chinese New Year the emperor invited all the animals of his kingdom to come before him.
