By the end of 1994, the 15,000 square foot facility will be open for business just north of Parkgate Village Centre, serv- ing the growing eastern Seymour area with a larger library and a wide range of ser-... vices. Residents in the area and surrounding streets may notice some discolouration of water due to sediment being stirred up.
