businesses might not be as
attentive.

The cause for concern is
the latest round in what has
become a regular attempt to
bilk businesses -

tion. for'services and’ not a
bill, invoice or statement of
accounts due.”
That-disclaimer makes the
document legal but it doesn’t
stop: businesses from mistak-
ing the “solicitation” for a
bill and sending $61.20 to the
