couver courts recently to face
various charges:

Before Judge Jerome Paradis in
North Vancouver provincial court
on April 23:

- Aan James Tarkenan, 21, of
ne fixed address, received 18
months’ probation after he was
found guilty of assaulting a man
in North Vancouver City on Oct.
31, 1891, Tarkenan is required to
pay 3760 restitution to the man.

In addition, Tarkenan is not to be
found in a public bar during his
probation.

North Vancouver provincial court
on Apri! 22:

Janies Scott Brierley, 26, of
North Vancouver, received 12
months’ probation after he plead-
ed guilty to assaulting a woman in
North Vancouver City on April 5.
Before Jndge Doug Campbell ix
North Vancouver provincial cours
on April 22:

Trevor Paul Warrington, 33, of

North Vancouver, received three
months’ probation after he was
found guilty of causing mischief
to a private house by dumping
tree debris in North Vancouver
District on Nov. i, 1991. Warr-
ington is also required to pay the
house’s owner $561.74 in compen-
sation.

Pamela Elizabeth Lobdell, 45,

of North Vancouver, received six
months’ probation after she
pleaded guilty to stealing mer-
chandise from Sears on Nov. 29,
1991 in North Vancouver City.

Lois Juanita Graham, 40, of
Vancouver, was fined $250 and
received nine months’ probation
after she pleaded guilty to stealing
six razors from Sears in North
Vancouver City on Sept 15, 1991.
Graham is not to be found in
Sears during her probation term.

North Vancouver provincial court
on April 15:

Peter Binning Reed, 44, of
North Vancouver, received i2
menths’ probation after he plead-
ed guiity to commiting mischief by
spray-painting windows belonging
to the Toronto Dominion Bank at
1504 Lonsdale Ave. in North
Vancouver City on Feb. 20. Reed
is also required to perform 100
hours of community work service.
