NV man gives police a hand A NORTH Vancouver mac aided police in helping arrest a man who now faces charges of impaired driving. On Aug. U1 at 8:15 p.m. the man observed an accident involving the driver of un autombile and four cyclists. Police said the man managed to take the keys from the driver and hold him until they urrived. The driver is facing charges of impaired driving and refusing a breathalyzer. Charges iaid for B&E tools TWO 25-year-old West Vancouver men have been charged with, possession of housebreaking instruments. One of the men, Paul Lewis Maxwell, of 5675 Daffodil Drive, was also charged by West Vancouver Police with possession of stolen property. The other man charged is Troy Folkestone Way.
