She has been following her foed plan faithfully for the past six weeks, and frankly, she’s fed up with broiled fish and vegetables. She’s been craving chocolate fudge cookies for days, and tonight she’s going to reward herself by whipping up a batch. And if she ends up eating the en- tire batch herself, it’s nobody’s business but her own. After all, wha could blame her after all she’s been through? After all, who could blame her? Who could blame _ these diet cheaters? Certainly not you or I. Everyone has his own choices to make, his own life to lead. There’s only one catch: bodies don’t know about excuses. And when they over-indulge on all that fattening fare, their bodies are going to react just the same way as if they had no excuse at all: they’re going to The sad thing is, all these dieters’ lives might be con- siderably improved if they stopped cheating and achiev- ed their weight goals. And, although they may need some release from the boredom and pressures of their lives, food isn’t their only alter- native. But those who _- stick with their weight loss all the way to goal aren’t looking for excuses, they’re looking for successes. ©Weight Watchers Interna- tional, Inc. and Suburban fering by sending out for a atiaire a We on 2 ALAR ee Alas Ai ig wt “ Uh © axy = } mS Personal Shopping Oct. 24th to 29th We reserve the right to limit quantitles Prices effective Lower Mainland and Clearbrook Stores Onty.
