comes alive

“Charisma’--one of the
more recent additions to our
vocabulary--takes on a new
meaning this evening in
North Vancouver.

The modern dicthonary
defines “the word
“charismatic” as spiritually
endowed or divinely in-
spired. The ancient Greek
derivative comes from the
word “charisma” which was
the word for “grace” and
meant a divine gratuily or a
special endowment.

Since the 1960's the word
charismatic” has taken on
fresh sipnificance among the
traditional denominational
