Capilano College’s workshop
Selling Your Own Home,
people who are interested
will have a chance to learn
just that.

All the documentation
involved in selling a home
will be thoroughly explained
as the course gives informa-
tion and tips on an entire
transaction from negotiating
the offer to concluding the
sale.

Is it difficult? “No.” says
instructor Lila Plant, “It's
very easy. You just have to
make sure that you do it
right.”

Selling Your Own Home
will take place Saturday,

CHRISTMAS WINDOW DISPLAYS FOR THE SMALLER STORE

A 12 hour course offered in 4 consecutive, early evening sessions for owners, managers
and staff of smaller stores. Learn in time for Christmas, professional methods for promoting
merchandise. Techniques that can be applied all year round — for any season or any
reason. Workshop topics will include: elements of display, basic planning techniques,
utilizing interior space, merchandising groups, analyzing problems, window displays,
layout plans, props (how and where), colour work, accessorizing displays, display sup-
pliers and more. -During the class you will practice making and planning your own displays
under an expert's supervision. Our instructor has been professionally trained and has
broad experience in both large and small store display techniques.
