Over the last vear, the
media has presented a pletho-
ra of human interest stores
wherein home buyers bought
severely damaged or falty
homes and investors were
bilked out of millions —
many foosing their entire lite
savings, Those same people,
had thev invested a small
amount of time and money in
“learning those ropes” would
never have been “sold” into
those properties. It scems the
unscrupulous will abvays be
able to “sell tf the unin-
formed and the unaware per-
mit it, by staying that way,

sumer rarely receives real
value,
