All of the fand available for development is owned privately or by BC Rail. Projected population figures for the three areas are: Brittania Beach, 5,270 to 6,360 people; Furry Creek, 1,945 to 2,235 people; and Porteau Cove and Plateau, 5,080 to 5,830 ‘people.
