By Brert Mudry Contributing Writer “She was going to rat,” a B.C. Supreme Court jury heard Beaulac say in a concealed tape recording. The evidence came at the third murder tial for Beaulac in the death of Mary Costin. The victim's battered body was found near Lynn Creek on Feb. 18, 1981. Costin was 23 years old at the time, while Beaulac was 21. The two earlier wials were inconclusive. RCMP Sgt.
