The lecture will discuss: how to prevent problems or deal with ex- isting ones; damage deposits and claims; eviction notices; the role of the arbitrators and the courts; and community resources available for assistance. The workshop will be held on Thursday, Feb. 15, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. There is no fee, but interested participants are asked to pre- register by phoning 987-8138.
