WHILE MANY people on the Lower Mainland are
planning a merry Christmas, local Jane Austen fans
have another celebration in mind.

Members of the Jane Austen Society of Norh
American (JASNA) are organizing a birthday party
for their favorite author on Saturday, Dec. 16 at IC
a.m. at St. Philip’s Church, 3737 W. 27th Ave. (at
Alma), in Vancouver.

Admission is $3 and everyone is welcome: KSVP to
