REZONING BYLAWS

The Council for The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver will hold Public
Hearings under the provisions of the Municipal Act in the Council Chamber of the
Municipal Hail, 355 West Queens Roag, North Vancouver, 8.C. on Monday, March
16, 1987 commencing at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following:

BYLAW 5930: “Rezoning Bylaw 775”

Applicant: The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver

Proposed Text amendment to provide a definition for “maximum dwelling unit
Amendment: size” and to establish the following the maximum dwelling unit sizes:

(i) 5000 square feet (465 square meters) for a lot zoned Single-Family
Residential 7200 Zone (RS3);

(ii) 3500 square feet (325 square meters) for a tot zoned Single-Family
Residential 6000 Zone (RS4);

(iii) 2500 square feet (232 square meters) for a lot zoned Single-Family
Residential 4000 Zone (RS5).

To set a maximum limit on house size in the RS3, RS4 and RS5 zones
fo avord the construction of incongruously large houses in areas of
standard lot sizes.

NORTH LONSDALE PLAN
& TRAFFIC STUDY

The Mavor aiid Council wish to invite all persons who
deern their interests affected by the North Lonsdale
Plan & Traffic Study to a Public Meeting to discuss
the recommendations for the area as outlined in this
document. Staff reports on the North Lonsdale Plan,
Kilmer Creek Development and the Braemar/-
Dempsey Link will also be discussed.

Copies of the Traffic Study as submitted by N.D. Lea
