A 38-year-old ‘man

broke -open doors on’

the Seabus and jumped
into the : water ‘about

‘three quarters of the

way across the Harbour
from |
Sunday, and had to be
rescued by Séabus
officials.

And officials involved still
have no idea what the man’s
motive was.

Captain F.B. Beck who
was first officer on the

Burrard Otter, under
Captain G. MacRae, said the

incident occured at 2:23
p.m. on Sunday, May 27.

Drive in North Vancouver,

The police report says the
woman, described as being
approximately 19 years old,
