The Hustlers took the lead halfway through the first period on a power play goal by Kevin Kling, and never looked back. In the second period, riustiers’ Bob Cunnyworth scored their se- cond goal, 17 seconds after killing off Chiefs’ six-minute power play. The third period started with the Hustlers’ John Casano scoring another powerplay goal. Ken Hoodey scored the last goal for the Hustlers with two minutes left in the game. With one minute DELCO lefi, the Chiefs came back with goals by Scott Blaney and Mike Day, but in a losing cause.
