This Thanksgiving vou can impress vour family with avery easy and lush rable drrangement using greenery from your own backyard. Simple greens such as salal, ivy and vine maple work best when combined with interesting lowers such as the pumpkin flower. A short stop at your focal florist or corner store will find vou some pretty inter- esting, autumn flowers to use in vour arrangement. Materials: 1 small oblong container wet floral foam floral preservative autumn-coloured flowers (such as mums, and lilies) sharp knife greens from your backyard home ideas Add your floral preserva- tive to some lukewarn? water and soak vour wet floral foam. Once the foam is com- pletely soaked through (about 10-15 minutes) vou can place it in the container and fill your container with water. Arrange your greens first, starting with the larger ones and working down to to the smallest. The largest flowers should also be arranged first.
