The degree is offered on the Richmond campus, to start next September. Requests trom industry and graduates for more educa- tion and training in fashion and apparel design, technical skills, production, marketing, busi- ness and computer skills prompred the devel- opment of the degree, said program coordina- tor Mary Boni. “Industry connections are a strength of rhe existing g program and will play a key role in the degree,” Boni said. The program will consist of a number of extensive industry linked projects and a four-month internship.
