7 OTHER VOTING - PARKS DEDICATION BYLAW REFERENDUM

The following provides a synopsis of the Park Dedication Bylaw
questions included on the ballot and is not an interpretation of the bylaws.

Council, through the referendum questions, is seeking the assent of the

electors to adopt any or ‘all of 14 park dedication bylaws which would

dedicate for: park and_ recreation ‘purposes. 14. distinct parcels of

+’ District-owned land. The Park Dedication Byiaws, named below, have been
‘passed: by Council. and wouid be considered for final adoption after the

~As each of the 14 parcels of land is already owned by the District, the
