The Acrobic Grip Tone (AGT)
workout is a high-energy, circuit-
style workout which alternates the
use of griptone handweights,
dumbbells and tubing with aerobic
movements to music. AGT pro-
motes strength, flexibility and car-
diovascular development.

Cardio Rock is a new fitness
class and takes place Wednesdays
10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and Tuesdays
9:15 to 10:15 a.m. This new
workout which combines easy-to-
follow dance moves with car-
diovascular conditioning provides
an energy-packed hour of sizzling
aerobics.

Eagle Harbour Centre also of-
