Most boaters are only too familiar with ‘the problem of keeping their boat battery charged while their boat is moored. Without a charger, their battery soon goes dead; but connecting a charger, and leaving it on continuously is ‘no solution either, as over- charging can be just as damaging to the battery as allowing it to discharge. This “trickle charging’’ is the main reason for the short life of so many marine batteries. The Roton Auto Charge provides a reliable, cconom- ical solution to this problem. Together with any standard battery charger of up to 20 8,000 | =| Behind the seas wi | the The Vancouver Aquarium is in the same boat, so to speak. _ 7 A private, non-profit association, the Aquarium is dedicated vation and enhancement of aquatic life through recreation, education and _. research while serving as the ‘city’s most popular tourist attraction. _ Last year over 711,000 people visited the showcase of Stanley Park and 15,600 ‘school children took part in _ the Aquarium’s educational program. : “Behind the Seas” at the Boat Show will feature striking réplicas of por- poises, sharks, sea turtles, sunfish and whales-as well as. live exhibits, including the giant of all octopus, the Pacific Octopus.
