Andre Cornelius Vangaalen was
fined $100 after the 30-year-old
North Vancouver man_ pleaded
guilty to possession of marijuana
in connection with a June 22 inci-
dent at 100 Mile House.

Before Judge J.D. Layton in
North’ Vanconver provincial court
on Augast 16:

Alexander Edward Adams was
given a conditional discharge and
put on probation for four months
after the 20-year-old Vancouver
man pleaded guilty to careless
boating in connection with a July 8
incident in a vessel near Twin
Islands in Indian Arm.

Adams was towing a water skier
without a responsible person on
board watching the skier. As a
condition of predation, Adams
was ordered to complete 15 hours
of community work service within
one month. oe

Brian Harold Davidson was fin-
ed $100 after the 33-year-old North
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
leaving the scene of an accident ir
connection with an April 16 inci-
dent.

Davidsor was driving a vehicle
that collided with an unattended
two-door hardtop Cldsmobile at

. St. Paul’s Avenue and failed to
stop and notify the owner.

Daniei John Pavelich was fined
$150 after the 27-year-old North
Vancouver men pleaded guilty to
the unlawful possession of can-
nabis in connection with an April
20 incident.

on July 19:

James Randell Eluik received a
conditional discharge and was
placed on probation for six months
after the 20-year-old Vancouver
man pleaded guilty to possession
of cannabis resin in connection

with a May 4 drug seizure.

As a condition of his probation,
Eluik is not to be found in the 100
block of East 15th.

on Jaly 13:

Derek Charles Manser received a
conditional discharge and was
placed on probation for six months
after the 47-year-old Langley man
was found guilty of assaulting a
female in connection with a Dec.
26, 1988 incident in North Van-
couver. He was also ordered to
perform 20 hours of community
work service within three months.

Vancouver provincial court en Ju-
ly 17:

Robert Alan Pyke received a
suspended sentence and was placed
on probation for one year after the
36-year-old North Vancouver man
pleaded guilty to two counts of ut-
tering threats to cause serious
bodily harm.

Before Judge R.D. Grandison in
North Vencouver provincial court
on Suty 10:

David Eric Latta was fined $50
after the 34-year-old Coquitlam
man pleaded guilty to operating a
vessel that did not display proper
licence numbers in connection with
a June 4 incident near Roche
Point.
