“ LIFESTYLES Guest teaches fitness workout FITNESS PROFESSIONAL Dave Creighton will guest instruct an in- tense fitness workout at the West Vancouver YMCA. The class will be held on Sun- day, March 5 at 9:30 a.m. at the YMCA located at 1735 Inglewood Ave. Creighton is director of fitness and community programs for the City of New Westminster. He has a Bachelor of Physical Education and previously worked as fitness director for the New Westminster YMCA and as chair of the British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association Fitness Branch. Those interested are urged to fegister early as materials for the quilts are precut. Participants should bring lunch, scissors, a large spool of white cotton thread, pins, pencil, measuring tape, a plastic garbage bag and their own sewing machine. Cost of materials is $100 to $180.
