Layton in North Vancouver provincial court Sept. 6: Feisal Sajoo, 18, received a seven-day jail term, a $300 fine and a six-month driver’s licence suspension when the North Van- couver man was sentenced after earlier being found guilty of driv- ing while prohibited. Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court Sept. 2: Mark Fitzroy Smith, 21, was fined $150 after the North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to breaching his probation by not completing 20 hours of community work as specified in a March 3 probation order. Vancouverite Efstathios Hon- dronikolis, 42, was fined $200 after pleading guilty to fishing for smelt during a closure in connec- tion with an incident Aug. 9 at Dundarave.
